Vance A. Fairchild

Mr. Fairchild is as an Advisor, Investor, Corporate Board Director, and serves on several non-profit Boards. Prior, he was the founder and CEO of G2 Partners, leading the company’s strategic growth. Mr. Fairchild has 26+ years of industry and professional services experience leading, growing, and monetizing multiple service company startups that provide risk management, financial, technical, and engineering consulting.

Mr. Fairchild has extensive experience in the acquisition of environmentally-impaired industrial real estate, fully liquidated liability assumption, cost-effective mitigation, land re-entitlement, and profitable monetization of the real property for highest and best use, including creative, ecological, and beneficial reuse. Mr. Fairchild serves as the Managing Principle, partnered with private equity groups, owning and managing brownfields redevelopment projects on the West Coast, and actively developing / constructing wetlands mitigation and ecological enhancement projects in Texas.

Mr. Fairchild is a degreed engineer and business manager graduating with Honors from Texas A&M University in civil & environmental engineering, and member of Chi Epsilon, Tau Beta Phi, and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. Currently, Mr. Fairchild is a founding member of the Angleton ISD Education Foundation and chairs fundraising for the Foundation.
