Hurricane Harvey Preparedness for Houston / Angleton office personnel:

Wednesday 30th 9:00am Update

We seem now to be fully into recovery, with ground water receding and roads clearing in many areas. The risk of rivers cresting over levees remains and could result in significant further localized impact. Conditions and movement around the city are improving and many people are now mobile.

The office is accessible and undamaged, and although Wednesday 30 August sees the building officially closed, some employees are starting to return to normal work today.

We have been able to account for all team members and have no reported employee safety incidents beyond flooding of homes and vehicles.

The Business Continuity Team will continue meeting every morning and afternoon, and work arrangement updates will be posted on the Intranet and circulated by email to all affected employees. If you are unable to access either of these, please call your line manager for guidance.

We will issue a further update to reflect changes in status following our Business Recovery Team calls. Please continue to monitor the internal and external communication channels for updates (Company Email, The Source, G2-IS webpage and G2-IS Twitter Account https://twitter.com/G2Integrated)

If you have any questions you can contact G2-IS’s Emergency Line at phone number 713-260-4080.

Remember, above all else is the safety of you and your family. Please use good judgement when deciding whether to travel. Remember that even if conditions in your immediate vicinity start to improve, your route may be impacted or impassable in some locations.
